As long as DIA is above its rising 30 week average, it remains in a Weinstein Stage 2 up-trend. Stay tuned…..

  1. Hey Dr Wish I am working on a Python script that calculates the daily GMI everyday on it’s own. The only ticker I can’t check from your GMI1 criteria is the IBD Mutual Fund (0MUTI) since it is not supported by Polygon IO or most other APIs. Also it is only updated once a week on IBD.

    Other then that the only thing that is different is the list of stocks I am using for the QQQ and SPY Wishing Wealth Index. Since it’s not explicitly defined I created my own versions of them. The purpose of this project is to hopefully encapsulate your GMI indicator into an automated web app that publishes this information so it doesn’t have to be checked manually. It can also be backdated to run with any date so we can collect GMI data and plot it against QQQ price.

    Eventually I can set this up to run every day and publish the results through a Python web app. But if you are interested in this project I would love to work with you to refine the exact stock lists so it can be used by you and anyone else.
