Blog post; First day of new $QQQ short term down-trend; However, about 40% end within 5 days. Put/call ratio=.80, highest since .84 on 7/19 at bottom of last mini decline (see chart). Time to wait on sidelines.

Note mini-decline in mid July. When/If daily close (dotted line) climbs above the 6 shorter red averages it will be time for me to go long again.
