As long as the Fed has no surprises tomorrow and the government does not close at the end of the week, QQQ may be out of the woods.

These stocks met my criteria for technically strong stocks that are up at least 50% the past year, hit an ATH in the last 10 weeks and had a black dot, or oversold bounce. If I buy such a stock I place my sell stop just below the low of the past 2 days.
