Dr. Wish

Up-trend continues.   There were 285 new highs and 25 new lows in my universe of almost 5,900 stocks. RWB rocket stock, SHW, continues to shine.

Stocks with great earnings that hit a new high on Tuesday include:   USNA, OXM, HCA, AAPL, CAB, BIIB and CEB. All of these are on my IBD50 or New America watch lists.

The GMI remains on a buy signal as AAPL leads the techs higher.
