My trading IRA has been in money market funds and $TBIL for a while. However, today I transferred most of my university pension funds out of mutual funds and back into money market funds paying near 5%. I am content to get that type of return until the market gets healthy. It never is good to have the major indexes below their 30 week averages. Both the put/call ratio and T2108 have not yet reached extremes seen at prior bottoms.
SPY is also weak.
Breaking the 30 week MA especially on QQQ looks ominous indeed.
