Hi Dr. Wish – I am a bit confused about what factors trigger a QQQ short-term uptrend (U-49) signal that last fired on October 11. Is this determined by moving averages or some other factors?

My QQQ short term count is based on an objective proprietary indicator. You will just have to come to my blog for the count.
I list it each weekend in the GMI table and often in the blog posts.
