The Bollinger Band pinch for the DIA is incredibly tight. The DIA will likely break out Tuesday or Wednesday. Which way it will go, I do not know. The Chinese stocks, BABA and MOMO, were very strong on Monday. I guess we now know which country got the better deal in the US/China talks last week.
