After 15 days, the QQQ short term down-trend will likely end on Friday. It looks like the tech stocks are about to join the rally. Almost all of my market indicators are now positive. GLB (green line break-outs to all-time highs) are very common. One I like is WLDN. This weekly chart shows a high volume break-out of the peak reached in March 2015.
