The buy and hold statistic is interesting and shows what can be done in a bull market. I am curious if you did a graph strictly following the buy and sell signals of the BMI? Your work here is appreciated.

I will post that some day. The GMI kept one out of the market in the large declines and still outperformed the indexes.
