$TLT hits the skids as interest rates rise–will higher rates help the stock market?

TLT, the 20 yr treasury ETF, sold off on above average volume on Tuesday. As TLT declines, rates rise. Bill Miller suggests that falling bonds will push people into stocks. That may be true initially, up to a point. But if yields rise enough it will suck the money out of stocks–it always has.
