GMI: 6; GMI-R: 10; CPST ascent continues
The GMI and GMI-R remain unchanged at maximum levels. There were 109 new highs and 48 new lows in my universe of 4,000 stocks on Tuesday. CPST, a Judy's Pick, continued to climb on high volume.
